Production We produce on the most advanced production systems in line with the best available technology. Fully automatic testing machines test every condom and ensure that only flawless condoms are sealed and packaged. Our employees monitor and document each step in the process precisely.

Strict quality controls Condoms are produced in high quantities – at Ritex this goes on around the clock, to a large extent on a fully automatic basis. Permanent quality controls that ceaselessly accompany every step in the process are all the more important.

The raw materials for processing are already checked carefully in our laboratory according to stringent criteria. In addition to single item testing, samples of all batches are also examined in the laboratory using different methods. The very thin products have to withstand extreme stress such as bursting and tearing tests.

All testing results are registered electronically, documented, and allocated exactly to the production batches. Thus, the data of every production phase are available from the imported raw material to the finished condom.

Careful archiving and long-term statistical evaluation of this batch documentation create a highly valuable data pool.
